QAinAL_Erasmus+ Office in Kosovo conducted a preventive monitoring visit to the Erasmus+ Project No. 561510 “Strategic support on strengthening the quality assurance structures at the private higher education institutions in Albania” on 22nd of December 2016

In the framework of continuous monitoring of the Tempus/Erasmus+ programme, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is developing a comprehensive field monitoring policy. Therefore, a monitoring visit for the Erasmus+ project “Strategic support on strengthening the quality assurance structures at the private higher education institutions in Albania” was conducted by the Kosovo Erasmus+ Office team on 22nd of December at the Evolution Academy and the Pjeter Budi College. During this visit, the Erasmus+ Office team meet with the relevant staff of the Evolution Academy, Pjeter Budi College and WUS Kosova that is involved in the project and also with the students, trainees and the Rectors of the two universities. Furthermore, at the end of the day, a debriefing session was held where some informal feedback was given. Moreover, after the monitoring visit, a written feedback with recommendations will be done by the EACEA. The purpose of this monitoring visit was to learn about the activities held and products developed so far, as well as to observe if the project has encountered any problems in operational and/or financial implementation that can be discussed and solved.
